Refund and Return Policy

Our refund and return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at shop@sensorial21.it and send your item to: Via Vincenzo Bellezza, 32 - 70132 Bari (BA), Italy.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves for later delivery, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should ship it to: Via Vincenzo Bellezza, 32 - 70132 Bari (BA), Italy.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged item to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Our 30-day return policy states that you have 30 days after receiving an item to request a return.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any defects or damage, or if you received the wrong item. This way, we can assess the issue and work to resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). Additionally, we do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of promotional items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you received and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.

14-day cooling-off period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason and without providing a reason. As above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or used, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
