Shipping Information – GLS Courier

Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you that all orders placed on our website are processed the same day and handed over to GLS for shipment. Estimated delivery times are 24–48 hours, barring unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., adverse weather conditions, strikes, peak seasons, etc.), throughout Italy, excluding islands and remote areas.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status directly on the courier's website.
